Michael Napier
Senior Pastor
Responsibilities
Pastor Mike is responsible for helping the congregation to reach people for Christ, developing disciples and demonstrating to others how to live the abundant life promised by Jesus. He preaches, teaches, works with fellow believers and enjoys being with people.
Family
Pastor Mike is married to the love of his life, Linda, since 1979. They have three adult children, Jason, Rebecca and Sarah, each actively serving the Lord in their own ministries and six very active grandchildren.
Other Interests
Pastor Mike’s greatest interest is people and enjoys spending time with family, especially his family. He is an avid shooter and outdoorsman. He also enjoys remodeling older houses as a hobby and can frequently be found working on a new project with the grandsons.
He is the Executive Director of Family Christian Academy, serving as a home education ambassador to Tennessee and other states, holding home education seminars, speaking at conferences and helping parents successfully educate their children.

curtis carter
director of Youth ministries
Responsibilities
As our Youth Director, Curtis provides direction and oversight for our entire youth ministry (infant-12th grade). He works closely with teachers and volunteers to ensure our children are learning the bible and having fun in a safe, loving environment.
Curtis also serves as BBC's Reformer's Unanimous Director. He and his wife, Kelly started our Addiction Recovery ministry in 2017 with a burden for helping those struggling with the bonds of addiction. As our RU Director, Curtis is faithful to his ministry every Friday night and his enthusiasm and personal commitment to the Lord shine as he encourages and helps attendees and volunteers.
Family
Curtis is a devoted husband to Kelly and father to Ava. He enjoys spending time with his family, camping, hiking, and traveling.
Other Interests
Curtis is employed as an Network Systems Engineer and enjoys UT football, Predators Hockey, and is a wanna be BBQ pit master.
